TJ Rampit USA was established in 1992 and we have over 100 years of combined ramp experience. TJ Rampit USA started out as a father and son venture, with the reins of the company being handed from father to son in 2005. Ted Short Jr. is now the owner and acting CEO. The business philosophy has maintained its integrity, keeping the customer and service as the focus of all energy.
TJ Rampit USA is classified as a small business, employing 43 people. Of these employees, we have veterans and disabled veterans alike. Our 10,000 sq. ft. manufacturing/warehousing facility is located in Coldwater, Michigan with dealers throughout the United States. Through the many years of supporting a ramp rental program, the company has developed a team of employees dedicated to nothing but ramp evaluations and installations. Our crews are experts in ramp design, installation, ADA codes, and making sure the ramp is compliant and safe for the consumer.
We differentiate ourselves from our competition by providing customized wheelchair ramps at no additional charge and offer FREE FREIGHT on large ramp systems, and a freight allowance on all others within the continental U.S.
