, I had an experience with 2 flat tires at the same time. I had a spare for one but not the other. I called Anchor Roadside that I had purchased in March of 2014 from my van dealer, never expecting I’d have to use the service. I explained my dilemma to the operator at Anchor and he asked me if I was alright and if I needed any other help than a tow truck. I explained I was in my wheelchair and had my wife and son were with me. They call a para-transit company and they picked us up at the same time the tow truck took our vehicle to a tire shop within 10 miles of where we were. The van dropped us off at the tire store and everything was paid for by Anchor Roadside. We were back on the road, within 2 hours all toll happy that we had decided to purchase the roadside contract.
My wife and I were on a trip in their mobility equipped class 1 motorhome, to pick up an uncle and bring him to our home in Seattle. While in Ohio area they had two occasions to use their Anchor Roadside. One was for a mechanical issue with their starter. A tow truck was dispatched by Anchor roadside to tow their unit to the nearest repair facility and a van to pick them up since she was in a wheelchair. The tow truck and the van got there within 15 minutes of each other, the work was completed and we got back on the road, in a couple of hours. We picked up our uncle in Indiana and were driving back when we had a suspension problem with our van. Again we called Anchor Roadside and they dispatched a tow truck and a para transit van to take us to the repair dealership. We got back on the road again within 4 hours and had no more problems coming across the states.

My son and I were on a road trip to drop him off to his new college in Utah when I had my experience with Anchor Emergency Roadside Company. I was 61 miles east of Austin NV on Highway 50. My van developed a problem with the engine. I had turned around knowing that the next town east was over 75 miles away and that the nearest was behind me in Austin. There was no cell service with my phone and my abled body son flagged a truck down from a mining company working in the area. He let us use his cell to call Anchor Roadside. They sent a tow truck that was a flat bed, winched me and my son on to the tow truck and ran us back to Austin NV where the garage diagnosed my problem, fixed it so we could get back on the highway again. All toll it took around an 1 1/2 to get the winch truck to us and another hour to get us to Austin, but I can tell you it was hardly a problem especially when no money had to come out of my wallet to pay the tow bill and it was in the hundreds I can tell you, because I saw the invoice I signed. Sorry I don’t have a copy of it to show you.
