jjMarketing has created this Internet advertising site, "The Boulevard" for the sole purpose of providing adverting space to our clients; manufacturers and retailers of assistive technology devices, provided for the benefit of any person with a disability or physical challenge.

Our clients, [lessee] have all agreed to the following conditions before they were promoted on The Boulevard. jjMarketing [lessor] and consultants make no recommendation as to the accuracy of the information and performance statistics provided by neither the manufacturer or the retailer. jjMarketing has not requested any such information.

The lessee represents that it is authorized or licensed to use (1) the supplied name and/or portraits, pictures of persons, living or dead, or things, (2) any trademarks, copyrighted otherwise private material and (3) and testimonials contained in any advertising submitted by and on behalf of the lessee, and that such advertisement is neither libelous, an invasion of privacy or otherwise unlawful as to any third party.

As part of the consideration to induce jjMarketing to publish the lessee' materials, the lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless jjMarketing and its owners and employees against loss, liability, damages and expense arising out of copying printing or publishing of such material. Lessee agrees that any payment of damages under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by lessee.

Although we have taken significant steps to secure or server, it is understood by both parties that jjMarketing is not responsible for any and all unauthorized use of credit cards.

jjMarketing reserves the right to reject any advertising which, in the sole discretion of jjMarketing is considered not in the best interest of the lessor and/or any present lessee. There exists no offer of exclusivity, whether implied or inferred, unless otherwise stated.
