I work in skilled nursing home facility. Saddened to see a metal piece supporting back rest upholstery broke off. This is a part of a wheel chair frame that broke!! Very unexpected. Will not order drive chairs in the future!!

Needed a knee walker following foot surgery & purchased a Drive model #796. It really helps with getting around since I can't put weight on the foot. The knee walker is lightweight, steerable & comes with a handy carrying basket. It's also a good looking ride! Would highly recommend.

Purchased their walker in August 2018. Brakes broke in a year! Had their walker before this one - was given to us. The same problem with the brakes. Will not buy their product again.

Lousy warranty. Cheap plastic piece broke within 90 days of purchase of a $1500 bed but warranty only covered 60 days. Technical support is slow and confused.

Really Need This Stuff But

My insurance sent me this brand of equipment for after(crutches before)my total hip replacement surgery. Bedside commode size of toilet ring made for a child not like any this nurse has seen before, nowhere comparable to the size of a real toilet seat. Is round instead of oval more often than not leaks puddles of pee somehow out of the bottom when used over a toilet. Be careful using the bucket too gotta get it just right. Maybe this is the Man version. Irritating and messy. The padding on the crutches coming off the first day. If you want to be comfy at all using these you have a diy project in "How To Secure Padding To Crutches For Safety and Comfort" all day. Hope your handy. The walker is ok. Minimal scratches on linoleum floor. Not sure if this could be avoided.
